Should Energy Drinks Be Off-Limits for Kids?

Energy drinks have become increasingly popular among teens, but many health experts say they aren’t appropriate for children. Unlike sports drinks, energy drinks often contain high levels of caffeine and other stimulants that can affect heart rate, sleep, anxiety, and concentration.
